St. Nicholas National Shrine

Originally a humble church serving Greek immigrants, St. Nicholas was the only religious institution destroyed in the attacks. After a 21-year journey to rebuild, the Shrine now stands as a sanctuary for reflection and hope, with its white dome inviting visitors from around the world to connect with a universal story of perseverance through adversity.

My role was to direct the tech implmenetation of the donor kiosks and virtual tour app that is available to the general public. Our tech challenges include being able to fly drones in the 9/11 ground zero site to scan the entire St. Nicholas site and the park next to it.
